ABOUT
David is a 1st Assistant Director known for navigating complex productions and thriving in high-pressure environments. Originally starting his career directing music videos, he transitioned into large international service productions, where he progressed from production assistant to 1st AD. His work focuses on executing ambitious productions that combine demanding logistics with strong creative vision.
David is particularly experienced in coordinating shoots involving remote locations, tracking vehicles, helicopters and boats, stunt sequences, animals, large crowd scenes, as well as technically demanding studio builds and intimate closed-set performances. He has worked across a wide range of international productions filmed in Slovenia, the United Kingdom, Spain, Serbia, Germany, Georgia, Croatia, Austria, Italy, Hungary and Switzerland.
Comfortable managing complex sets with large crews and high-profile talent, he has worked with internationally recognized artists, actors and athletes including Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Dua Lipa, Bad Omens, Harry Kane, Declan Rice, Eduardo Camavinga, Virgil van Dijk and VTSS.​Known for keeping demanding sets focused, efficient and collaborative. Combines logistical precision with a calm presence on set.​
